I was all dressed up today to go to church.  I was bored silly, but I sat quietly and was a good girl.

The little artist

With a little help, Emma created her first chalk art today.  While we are not concerned at the moment of Emma cutting off her left ear and moving to the South of France -- we must take note of her delicate yet powerful strokes with the chalk pencil.  We will keep you updated on any new art dealers who may want to see the rest of her portfolio.

Big girls use high chairs

Just in case you were not aware, little girls use Boppy loungers -- but big girls use high chairs and sit at the dinner table with everyone else.  Clearly, Emma is a big girl from now on.

My First Day at School

Today was my first day at school.  Daddy dropped me off with enough clothes, diapers and formula that I could survive for 3 months.  I think my parents are WAY over prepared for this venture.  So far I seem to like this place, everyone wants to hold me and everyone keeps telling me how pretty I am.

Pool Day

Mothers Day seemed like a good day to try out the pool for the first time.  Water in the Jacuzzi set to 94 degrees kept little miss Emma happy.

Grandpa Sechrist was in town for a visit
